RaderaLeaving out (especially) Kirk Douglas and Alec Guinness was never an option though ;)
I have seen four of the films:
SvaraRadera12 angry men - fantastic film, a clear 5/5
The bridge over the river Kwai - fake and boring
Nights of Cabiria - wonderful and emotional
Paths of glory - cold and boring
On my "to watch"-list: 3:10 to Yuma, Sweet smell of success and witness for the prosecution
A mixed bag for you then.
RaderaWell, I wouldn't agree with you regarding Bridge... and Paths... Perhaps because they're war films you didn't appreciate them? One can't like all the classics, but personally I appreciate Bridge... and Paths... Though 12 Angry Men beats them all ;)
Three very nice films to look forward to for you. Every now and then I get in the mood to re-watch a classic or two. It's great to have so many great films to choose from :)
