I see you're a big fan of the acting in Mystic River, and for good reason. Very good film and acting for sure. Until I've seen it again, Sean Penn is the one who sticks out the most. But I can't argue with your other selections from the film as I liked them too.
RaderaMaster and Commander is a very solid and well made film. Not entirely sold on the performances. Not to say they were bad, but just not favorites of mine.
Nice to see The Cooler get some recognition. I remembered Macy being good in it, but when I recently watched it again I especially appreciated Maria Bello, but also Macy and Baldwin.
The Station Agent had some nice performances from the cast. I feel the film might be more memorable to me than the performances though.
